Booth Information

Capital City Pride hosts a 3 Day Festival the last weekend of June every year. We accept vendor/booth applications for the Saturday of the festival. Please read the following detail:

Vendor/Booth INFORMATION:

Date/Time: Saturday June 28th, 2025 from 10AM - 6PM

Location: Port Plaza, Percival Landing & the Olympia Center in Downtown Olympia

Vendor Fees includes a 10 x 10 space; you are responsible for all logistics (tent, tables, chairs, etc); spaces will be available at Port Plaza, Percival Landing and inside the Olympia Center (6 ft table space).

Food Vendor fees includes a space for a food truck or 10x10 tent; power, potable water, grey water disposal, garbage, and recycling disposal available on Saturday ONLY.

*Parade Fees (Sun) are included.  Indicate in your application if you  should you choose to participate in the Parade on Sunday. This is for walking participation ONLY - this is NOT for vending. 

Deadlines to reserve your spot and apply for early bird fees:

Early Bird Fees | March 18 - April 15

  • $150 Non Profit/ Gov/ Faith-based/ LGBTQIA2S+ Artists

  • $250 For Profit (Financial, Gym, Retail, Real Estate, etc...)

Regular Fees | April 16 - May 4

  • $175 Non profit/ Gov/ Faith-based/ LGBTQIA2S+ Artists

  • $275 For profit (Financial, Gym, Retail, Real Estate, etc...)

Late Fees | May 5 - June 5

  • $200 Non profit/ Gov/ Faith-based/ LGBTQIA2S+ Artists

  • $300 For profit (Financial, Gym, Retail, Real Estate, etc...)

A confirmation application will be sent to those who are accepted with a payment link.
