🌈 Vendor Applications Now Open for 2026
Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the 2026 Capital City Pride Festival, welcoming nearly 30,000 attendees in downtown Olympia over the 3 Day Weekend.
Whether you’re a food vendor, artist, small business, nonprofit, or service provider, we’d love to learn how you support and engage our LGBTQIA2S+ communities.
SCHEDULE:
Date/Time: Saturday June 27th, 2026 from 10AM - 6PM
Location: Port Plaza, Percival Landing and the Boardwalk in Downtown Olympia
PARTICIPATING PARTNERS: 2025 included 160 vendors.
* New this year: A $35 non-refundable application contribution is required and includes placement on our new online interactive vendor map & directory.

Applying is quick and easy—just 5 simple steps.
📝 1. Create
👉 Create a vendor profile with Manage my Market. A $35 non-refundable application contribution processed at submission.
NOTE: applying does not guarantee acceptance.

📝 2. Apply
👉 Apply for Capital City Pride event in the “Apply to Market” section - search “Olympia, 98502” - search Capital City Pride - scroll over to the “Status” column and click on the “Apply Now” and complete the application.
🌈 3. Review
Applications are reviewed by our Rainbow Team. If approved, an invoice is emailed and your invoice will be processed for payment.
If your invoice is denied, you will be placed on a waitlist until payment is processed (spots will be held up to 10 days for payment). After 10 days, your spot will open up.
✅ 4. Confirmed
Once payment is received, your participation is confirmed and next steps are sent by email.
🗺️ 5. Booth Assignments
Final booth assignments will begin to populate early April on our new online interactive map on the Capital City Pride website.

LGBTQIA+ and Veteran owned Artist & Crafter Scholarship Program Discount $50
We are proud to offer a limited number of scholarship discounts to help reduce financial barriers for LGBTQIA+ and Veteran owned artists and crafters.Early Bird Discount $25 - Pay by March 15, 2026 to receive the discount.
Corner Booth $30 - Limited availability at Port Plaza & Percival Landing.
Fashionably Late $25 - Applied to invoices paid after June 1, 2026.
Parade Participation $25/$0 on Sunday, June 28.
Organized Pride Parade Participation $25: Registration required.
Community March $0: FREE, open to all. Pre-registration preferred, not required.

We highly encourage all vendors to adopt Capital City Pride’s environmentally friendly practices.
To minimize your environmental impact during the event - all vendors will:
Commit to not using single-use plastic products, including plastic bags, cutlery, cups, and straws.
Use compostable or biodegradable alternatives to single-use plastic products.
Use recyclable or compostable food packaging and containers.
Promote recycling by providing clearly labeled recycling bins at your booth area.
Work to conserve water and energy during food preparation and clean-up.
Educate your booth staff on best environmental practices and encourage their participation.

LGBTQIA2S+owned or LGBTQIA2S+ led businesses, artists, and organizations. This category centers queer leadership, creativity, and entrepreneurship within our community.10’ x 10’ Outdoor Booth – Community & Nonprofit Creators $150
Nonprofit organizations, community groups, faith-based, mutual aid and governmental agencies, and service providers offering education, resources, advocacy or support to the community.10’ x 10’ Outdoor Booth – Community Creators $200
Independently owned or small business that are NOT nonprofit or LGBTQIA2S+ led, but are rainbow-affirming and aligned with Pride values.

All vendors must carry liability insurance and Issue a Certificate of Insurance (COI), with the following named as additionally insured and both can be listed on one COI:
